We charge 7% of the total (gross) amount collected from all insurance companies and all patients as a result of the billing services performed.
Please note: We do have a minimum monthly retainer fee of $200. If a provider generates over $200 via claim billing activities in each month, then the minimum retainer fee would be considered met and the 7% would be applicable. We also, have an adjusting rate that reduces the percentage rate when a company grows.
Must have an active billing agreement for this service.
At this time only offered to providers under contract with no office staff.

$250 per Insurance/includes 1 provider (with or without billing agreement)
$100 per insurance/per provider when a company is contracted for billing.
$100 per insurance/per provider when a company is not contracted for billing.
Note: If I choose to accept a service the Hourly Rate for a NON-Contracted providers is $100 per hour
